The EPC-6320/21 has an Intel Tualatin 512 K LV microprocessor with a maximum 933
MHz core frequency. The RadiSys 82600 chipset provides the memory, LPCI (Local
PCI) and BPCI (Backplane PCI), plus IDE, I

C, and serial port interfaces.

The EPC-6320/21 has on board an Intel 82546GB dual Gb PCI controller with two
on-board Ethernet channels.

Ethernet interfaces include:

: Provides two standard IEEE 802.3 Ethernet interfaces to the front panel

via RJ-45 connectors for 10/100/1000Base-T applications. The EPC-6320
complies with the

Processor PMC standard, VITA 32-2002, Draft 0.9.

: Provides two standard IEEE 802.3 Ethernet interfaces to Jn4 PMC

connector and complies with the

Processor PMC standard, VITA 32-2002, Draft

The EPC-6320/21 interface through the BPCI bus. Along with any configuration files
and other information provided by RadiSys, the CPU boards can run Microsoft

The backplane PCI bus is compatible with

PCI Specification, Revision 2.2.,

External Interfaces

The Jn1 and Jn2 connectors provide a 32-bit 33/66 MHz interface to the PCI bus on
the baseboard and also provide power and ground connections compatible with the
Processor PMC draft standard. The Jn4 connector provides a set of custom I/O,
including EIDE, COM port signals.
