The temperature in the room differs from the
temperature set.
Having waiter for the ambient temperature to stabilise for at
least 4 hours, you may have to compensate for any
differences between the temperature indicated by the
radiator and that measured in the room. To do this see the
contents of paragraph 6.3 on the section "Aligning the
outside temperature".
The radiator gives off an unpleasant odour.
When the radiator is new, it is possible that when it begins
working for the first time an unpleasant odour may be
sensed. This is due to residue from the manufacturing
process.
Radiators that have already been used may give off
unpleasant odours if they are not used for a long time and/or
if they are used in polluted spaces with poor quality air.
Unable to view the Wi-Fi network generated by the
product.
Position yourself with your smartphone at a distance of no
more than 3m from the product.
The Wi-Fi network generated by the product is displayed in
the smartphone's Wi-Fi settings and not in the App.
Unable to connect to the Wi-Fi network generated by the
product to start the App configuration process.
If you have more than one product it is recommended to turn
on and configure only one product at a time, not to get
confused by the different Wi-Fi networks generated.
Make sure you have correctly entered the network password

The mobile device connects to the Wi-Fi network created
by the product but the App shows a message indicating
that no product has been found.
Do not move away from the product while connecting and
turn off any other Wi-Fi network the smartphone may
automatically connect to (excluding the one you want to
connect the product to).
Check on the display of the product that the Wi-Fi module is
active, checking that
icon is lit and flashing. If not, follow
the instructions to bring back the product to Access Point
mode and try again.
If the product Wi-Fi is correctly active, close the App, reopen
it and then add the new product as firs operation.
The App does not display any Wi-Fi network to connect
the product to.
Make sure that the Wi-Fi network you want to connect the
product to is switched on and that the signal arrives in the
area where the product is installed.
Check the intensity of the signal in the area where the
product is installed. Signals that are too low or vary in
intensity can create communication problems. In this case,
you need to move the product to a new location or enhance
the signal of the Wi-Fi network you must connect to.
After selecting the Wi-Fi network you want to connect
the product to, you receive the message "
The product
can not connect to the network
"
Verify you have entered the correct network password.
Verify that the Wi-Fi network you want to connect the
product to has an active internet connection.
Press the Retry button until the procedure is successful.
If after several attempts the procedure is not successful,
bring the product back to Access Point mode and switch it
off for 1 minute. Then repeat the procedure from the
beginning.
