Inconsistencies
If a zone contains 2 or more products and one or more of them have a
different setting than the one set for the zone, an inconsistency occurs.
This situation, usually due to the manual modification of a product
parameter, can relate to the operating mode, the sensors status or the
Comfort and Eco temperature values.
If this condition occurs, the App highlights the inconsistent zone parameter
by displaying a special symbol as shown in the picture on the right.
The same symbol appears in the upper left corner of the product icon
shown in the list on the bottom of the screen. In this way, the user is
informed of the product that results to have one or more settings that are
not congruent with those defined for the zone.
By pressing the inconsistency symbol, it is possible to reset all the products
with the parameters previously selected for the zone.
If the modification of the settings of one or more products was intentional it
is possible to ignore the symbols that are displayed. However, if the use of
diversified settings is recurrent, it is advisable to assign the products to
different zones so as to be able to manage them without the continuous
display of the inconsistency symbols.
It is good to know that:
Time management
The current time and day of the week setting is transmitted to the radiator at the time of its initial registration. At the same
time, the time zone of the area where the product is installed is stored.
The management of the daylight savings time is not automatic but it will be enough to send any command to the zone after
the time change to make sure that the products belonging to the zone are reset with the correct time.
Power failure
If the power supply is disconnected for more than 30 minutes, the radiator loses many of its internal settings. When the
power returns, the product automatically reconnects to the Wi-Fi network and sets the Stand-by mode. It is therefore
recommended to check the details of the area to control whether the mode set on the App and the one present on the
product are congruent. In the settings section it is possible to activate the user notification if products are detected in Stand-
by mode while the zone they belong to are set to a different mode.
Notifications
In the settings section you can define whether or not you want to receive notifications when specific events occur.
Notifications are displayed, either with the app open or closed, if they have been authorized during the installation of the
app. To check the activation status of the notifications, refer to the instructions of the operating system of your smartphone.
Wi-Fi signal strength
If the radiator has been installed in an area where the signal of your
Wi-Fi network is weak it is possible that you experience a certain
slowness in the execution of the commands sent via the App or even
the temporary interruption of the communications. To solve the
problem, it is necessary to increase the intensity of the signal in the
installation area.
