Max Packet Size:
Limits the package size to the configured value

Max Packet Timeout: If data is received on serial line, waits for more data for the configured time
to avoid to much segmentation which would lead on inefficiency

Max Latency Timeout: Limits the maximum latency if the above criteria are not fulfilled
