REMOVING AND REPLACING THE FRONTWHEEL
To Remove & Replace The Front Motor Assembly Follow these Steps:

Prop the unit up by the frame so the front wheel is off the ground at least 4 inches
2.
Detach front brake assembly via silver screws
3.

4.
Disconnect the motor wires
5.
Loosen the axle nuts all the way to the end of the axle
6.

7.
The wheel will “drop out” of the fork at this point
8.
Slide the new wheel into the dropouts
-
There are two washers on the axle that go between the fork and the hub on the brake side
-
On both sides there should be two washers and a nut outside of the forks
-
Tighten axle nuts making sure the wheel stays aligned
9.
Follow step 2- 7 in reverse to reinstall the wheel
-
After connecting the wires, give it a quick test to make sure everything is functioning before taping and
zip-tying
**Note: The black screws on the brake assembly allows you to adjust laterally where the calipers align
