Prepping Your New QuietKat For Riding:
1.
Flip up Handle Bar in up-right position until it clicks in place

Push Quick Release Stem into the up-right position with Handle flush against Stem Tube

Note: Should be VERY snug
3.
Twist plastic “Lock” clock-wise until Handle is in locking position

4.. Release Quick Release located mid-way up the Folding Stem, adjust Handlebars to desired height
and re-lock Quick Release
