MONTHLY MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE

Wash your unit thoroughly
•
Check tread wear on all tires. Use tire slime for preventative maintenance of your tires.
•
Observe any smells or noises that come from your QuietKat and record them.
•
Observe any rubbing of brake lines, wires, & cables. Organize and re zip-tie wires & cables as needed.
•
Tighten all bolts and screws on your QuietKat:

Axel Bolts
-
Brake Caliper Bolts (front & rear)
-
Fork Bolts
-
Handlebar Bolts
-
Headset Bolts
-
Rotor Bolts
•
Inflate tires to recommended PSI
-
Front Tire = 25 PSI
-
Rear Tire = 22.5 PSI
•
Center and align brake pads to rotors

Check electrical connections making sure they are all secure. Use electrical tape to secure any
loose connections or worn insulation.
•
Straighten & tighten handlebars.
•
Discharge & re-charge battery

•
Spray brake cleaner on brake pads and brake rotors ensuring they are clean free of any debris.
