text box and choose

Now look for Service status, and make sure that the word Started is
shown, such as:
Service status: Started
. If the word Started is still not
shown, then click the
Start
button and click
OK
to close the window.
The ArchiveIQ for GoVault ViewStor service requires access to port 80 of
the computer. This is the common port for receiving requests from a Web
client and is usually open as a default setting.
In rare occasions, an application or Windows OS setting might also be
using port 80 and causing a conflict.
If you still see the message,
The ArchiveIQ for GoVault ViewStor service
failed to start. You will not be able to Explore or Search for archived files
without this service
, there might be a port 80 conflict. In this case, open a
command prompt window (DOS window) and type:
netstat -ano > port80.txt
Save the file and contact Quantum Tech. Support for assistance.
