The first time you insert a new cartridge into the GoVault dock, the
GoVault data protection software can either:
• Prompt you to specify a cartridge name and description (see
figure 10
on page 18)
• Use the cartridge hard disk drive serial number (HDD S/D)
You can specify which it will be by making your selection on the
New
Cartridge
tab of the
Options
page:

Click the GoVault data protection software
Options
command button
to view the
New Cartridge
tab of the
Options
page (see
figure 49
).

As prompted, select the new cartridge action option that you want
and click
OK
to save your selection and close the
Options
page.
