Performs this function . . .
Activates the
Search all cartridges for files
text
box that you can use to enter a search string to
search for files that might be archived on any
GoVault cartridge—either available or offline.
After typing all or part of a file name,
including the wildcard asterisk (*) character
and file type extensions if you want, and
either clicking the search icon again or
pressing the
ENTER
key, the search function
displays the search results (see
figure 66
).

provides a brief description of the
search results functions.
Any calendar date
shown in
bold
font
Displays a list of the protection plans that
were run on that date, along with an
indication of the time the archive was created
and a status indication of whether the archive
is available or offline (see
figure 67
on
page 94):
•
Available
signifies that the archive is stored
on the currently loaded GoVault cartridge
•
Offline
signifies that the archive is stored on
another GoVault cartridge
Any available
protection plan
archive
Activates the
Explore
and
Restore
buttons you
can use to find and restore files from the
selected archive.
