On the
Security Erase Cartridge
dialog:

Click
Cancel
if you want to quit without erasing any of the data
on the cartridge.
You will not be able to click
Cancel
after you begin the Security
Erase Cartridge function.

Start Erase
to display a deleting-all-files warning message.

OK
on the deleting-all-files warning message to begin the
Security Erase Cartridge function.

Monitor the progress of the Security Erase Cartridge function.

when the erase function completes.

Checking the GoVault Dock and Cartridge Status
The GoVault application system software keeps operational statistics and
current status information about the GoVault dock and cartridges. You
can view this information on the
Status
tab of the GoVault
Properties
dialog (see
figure 28
), as follows:

display to view the GoVault system application software
menu (see
figure 20 on page 35
).
