Loading Paper
4-5 Daily Operations
To load paper, use the following procedure:

1 Note the arrows on the wrapper.
They show which side of the paper should be on the bottom when
it is installed in the input bin(s).
2 Unwrap the paper, pull
the stack out, and then
with one hand at each
end of the stack, lift and
hold it in a curved posi-
tion without gripping.
3 Grip each end of the
stack firmly.
4 Straighten the stack,
and then roll the fanned
sheets from side to side.
This gets air through the
sheets and prevents static
buildup.
