Operational Status Messages
The following status messages may appear in the control panel mes-
sage window and on the console when the printer is running

INITIALIZING
The system image is now running and initializing the printer. The printer
is ready to go on line.
QMS Softload x.x Ready to Boot
The Softloader is waiting for user intervention in case you want to access
Softloader functions. After a few seconds, it proceeds to load and run the
system.
xxxxxxxxxxxx FILE IS FULL
Indicates that the specified accounting file is full. (
xxxxxxxxxxxx
represents the specified accounting file—Job Accounting file or Paper
Accounting file.) If you want accounting enabled, copy these files to floppy
disk/s or transfer them to your host computer using ftp (if available). Then
reset the accounting files so that new jobs can be accepted. If you do not
want to use accounting, you can disable it.
ACCOUNTING ALREADY DISABLED
Indicates that the accounting option selected is now in effect.
ACCOUNTING ALREADY ENABLED
Acknowledges that the option selected is now in effect.
ACCOUNTING DISABLED
Acknowledges that the option selected is now in effect.
