Introduction
Overview
P6I440EX/MATX EXCELLENT II is a highly integrated, cost-effective, micro-ATX
motherboard which is centered on the Intel® 440EX AGPset. It provides 66MHz
system bus support for both Pentium

II and Intel® Celeron
TM
processors. Flexible
main memory size can be ranged from 8MB up to 256MB SDRAM or from 8MB up
to 512MB EDO memory. It also provides advanced features such as AGP, wake-up
on LAN and wake-up on internal modem. LDCM ( LANDesk® Client Manager)
application is shipped optionally to enable remote monitoring and configuration of the
system. The current green function is compliant with ACPI specification.
