6.8.2 Lock & Delete Files Remotely
Users can lock and delete video files through the network
.
Step 1:
Click Search---->Playback---->File manager, the window below will appear:

Step 2:
Select the date and channels, click Search. All the files found will be listed in the day in left area.
Step 3:
The relative status will show “Lock” if the file is locked. “Writing” means the file is still in being written.
Step 4:
Select the unlocked files and click Delete. A security window will display to confirm file deletion. Click Ok to
proceed.
Note: In all calendar search areas above, the date will be highlighted if there is data recorded.
