Each neon is separately addressable, and many flashing and
indication modes are implemented – see the configuration setup
later in the manual.
Cut the clear heat shrink tubing into 8 lengths - four of 30mm and
four of 20mm, but make a test fit first as the lengths may be
different dependiing on the tubes you have.
Slip the insulation over the neon lamp leads and with a hot air gun,
shrink the tubing:
Finally, solder the neons in place on the PCB, with the taller neons
at the back.
