Solder each RGB LED in turn – the marking on the PCB indicates

the orientation of the longer of the 2 leads. Only 3 leads per LED
are soldered.

As you did with the tubes, test each LED at a time before

progressing to the next one. Each LED should cycle through a
variety of colours including off. If you don’t get this cycling, stop

and check for solder shorts between adjacent RGB solder pads.
