Hard / Untreated water delivered to service
A. Bypass valve is in bypass operation/faulty
A. Turn bypass to normal operation/replace

B. Media is exhausted due to high water
usage
B. Check program settings or diagnostics for
abnormal water usage

D. Water quality fluctuation
