Florid Scheuermann's disease

Scoliosis in growth of more than 30 degrees according to Cobb

Severe vascular disease:

Aneurysm of the aorta

Pulmonary embolism
o
Thrombosis of large veins
o
Cerebral ischemia

Severe cardiovascular disease:
o
with heart failure
o
Unstable angina pectoris

Severe inflammatory disease in acute relapse:
o
e.g. PcP (primary chronic polyarthritis), Bekhterev's disease

Osteoporosis with less than 80 % bone density of the age average
•
Acute herniated disc with leg complaints:
o
Indication for surgery (acute nerve irritation)
o
Progressive, neurological symptoms

Retinal detachment
•
Infectious diseases
•
Progressive instability of the spine
•
Hypertensive carotid sinus syndrome
•
Tinnitus
•
Spondylolisthesis (> Meyer ding II)
•
Root and spinal cord symptoms (with significant neurological symptomatology).
If the following phenomena occur during training, the training must be stopped immediately to avoid
overloading the human organism:

Shortness of breath, feeling of anxiety
•
Angina pectoris (seizure-like chest pain)
•
Nausea
•
Circulatory problems
•
Malaise
•
Sharply falling heart rate
•
Sharply falling / rapidly rising blood pressure
•
Known electrolyte disorder
