Firmware upgrades for VTrak nodes are done using the Firmware Upgrade menu tab of the SAN menu group.

To get the latest controller firmware, download it from the PROMISE Support Download Center

To upgrade a VTrak node:

1. Go to

NAS Gateway > Firmware Upgrade

menu tab

Choose the NAS Gateway node you want to upgrade in the left panel.

3. Click the

NAS Gateway Firmware Upgrade

button, the NAS Gateway Firmware Upgrade menu pops up.

4. Click on the

Choose File

button and locate the file.

5. Click the

Next

button to begin the upgrade process. It might take a few minutes for the process to be

completed.
