In case of cooling, beating stops immediately, while compressor and
relevant solenoid valve remain on for further 10 seconds (if cooling was
requested). Closing the lid within 10 seconds will cause only beating to
restart, whereas after 10 seconds all the outputs will be re-activated.
In case of heating, both beating and heating elements are stopped.
Beating will be re-activated upon closing the lid and after a few seconds
the heating elements will be reactivated as well.
Cool.
Blackout
It is recommended to check the product for alterations due to the power
blackout during the program cycle.
Pressure switch
Safety pressure switch tripping
After 3 times the pressure switch has been triggered, the machine enters
STOP mode and the display reads “Pressure Switch”.
Autom.adj.+004°

During aging, the Autom.adj message, followed by the TEV value, is
displayed. The message is saved in the machine event log.
Restart Cycle-BLK
The cycle is repeated from the beginning after a power blackout during
the pasteurization cycle that may have altered the mix.

When the beater thermal breaker trips, the machine enters STOP mode
and the display reads "Compressor Thermal Breaker".
Fan Breaker
Fan Thermal Breaker tripping
When the beater thermal breaker trips, the machine enters STOP mode
and the display reads "Fan Breaker".
