OSHA Training Requirements (USA)
The following training requirements have been taken from Title 29, Code of Federal Regulations Part
1928.57 (a)(6). www.osha.gov
Operator Instructions: At the time of initial assignment and at least annually thereafter, the employer
shall instruct every employee in the safe operation and servicing of all covered equipment with which he
is or will be involved, including at least the following safe operating practices.

denotes the geographic destination of the mower.

and when ordering spare parts.
REPLACEMENT PARTS INFORMATION

UNAUTHORIZED MODIFICATION
Modifications to the original design of the TD65 mower, including the use of unauthorized accessories
or non-genuine OEM parts, may affect the reliability of the machine or make it unstable or unsafe to
operate and perform as originally designed and intended. Persons or organizations that make
unapproved modifications (including operation without provided guards and shields) assume all liability
arising from or related to the modification including any adverse effect on the machine.
No modification can be made to the original design or assembly of the TD65 mower (including any and
all attachments, safety or control devices) without the prior written consent of the Progressive Turf
Equipment Inc.
