Wait until the fryer has cooled down complete

ly before you begin any cleaning. However, you
should definitely wait 1–2 hours after use to avoid
burning yourself.
Fryer basket
•
To change the oil, pull out the frying fat con

tainer and remove the oil from the side.

The frying container can be cleaned in warm
soapy water with the addition of a mild deter

gent. It is also dishwasher safe. Make sure
that you use not too much detergent.
Frying basket and lid
•
Clean basket, handle and lid in warm soapy
water with the addition of a mild detergent.

Dry everything thoroughly after cleaning.

Clean these parts with a damp cloth.
Storage
