CAUTION: Overheating of the heating element
Inserting fat for the first time
•
Liquify the fat in advance in a separate pot.
WARNING:
Never heat the fat above 50°C, to avoid injury when transferring
the fat.
•
Fill the liquified fat into the deep frying fat container.
•
When the required oil level is reached, you can set the desired
temperature on the thermostat.
Reheat hardened fat in the deep fryer
If the fat in the deep fryer has become hard, it is difficult to see
how much of it has already melted at the bottom near the heating
element.
•
Use the controls to set the lowest temperature.
•
Repeat the process until the fat has melted.
•
A five beep sound alert will signal that the temperature has been
reached.
•
Do not repair the appliance yourself, instead, contact an
authorised professional. In order to avoid hazards, a defective
power cable should only be replaced with comparable cables by
the manufacturer or by our customer service department or by
similarly qualified individuals.
•
The appliance may not be used by children between the age
of 0 and 8 years. This appliance can be used by
children
as
of 8 years of age and above provided they are supervised
constantly.
•
