Time selection
•
While the appliance is on standby, press the

, to adjust the frying time. The
default time of 00 min. means that no time
has been set. The display shows
and the digits will flash.

When you press a function key, the default
time is the time that has been preset for
the program. By pressing on
, you can
change the time. Take the key

example. The display shows

the digits will flash.
You can change the frying time by pressing on
. Each time you press the button 1 minute
is added. Press and hold the button to add the
1 minute increments faster. The display shows
the relevant figures. When you release the but

ton, the number on the display is set by the user
of the deep fryer.
The timer can be set between 00–60 minutes.
The longest frying time is 1 hour; the short
-
est 1 minute. Once the value of 60 minutes is
reached, the selection cycle jumps back by fur
-
ther pressing to 00 min. While setting the time,
the digits are flashing.
Temperature selection
•
While the unit is on standby, press the button
, to adjust the oil temperature. The
default temperature is 140°C and the display
shows
.
•
If you press one of the program keys, the
standard oil temperature which has been
preset for the program will be selected.
By pressing
you can change the oil
temperature. The food icon for the program
will no longer light up. Example:

If you have already set the frying time, press
. The set time is saved, and you can now
set the oil temperature. The display shows
. If you have set the desired
temperature and press any button for 3 sec

onds, the temperature will be saved and the
display shows the time gain.
When setting the oil temperature, a short press
on
adds around 5°C to the temperature. By
pressing longer steps of 5°C are added more
quickly. The display shows the relevant figures.
When you release the button, the displayed tem

perature on the display is set by the user as the
oil temperature. The temperature can be adjust

ed in increments of 5°C from 140°C to 190°C.
