tion may vary in case the Thermovision Camera will be supplied with
customized solutions, additional options or due to necessary changes
in the interest of technological progress.
The agreed obligations in the delivery contract, the general terms and
conditions, as well as delivery conditions of the manufacturer, and the
statutory regulations valid at the time the contract was concluded,
apply.

tion of the content, are not permitted except for internal use without
written approval from Process Sensors Corporation ("ma
nufacturer”).

turer reserves the right to enforce additional claims.
