5. Orient the Handlebar (S) as shown.

While a second person holds the Handlebar (S)

near the Upright (M), insert the Pulse Wires (T)

into the hole in the side of the Upright and pull

them upward out of the top of the Upright.

Tip: Avoid pinching the wires.

Attach the

Handlebar (S) to the Upright (M) with two Long

Bolts (C), two Curved Washers (D), two Flat

Washers (E), and two Acorn Nuts (F).

6. While a second person holds the Console (U)

near the Upright (M), connect the console wires

to the Upper Wire (N) and to the Pulse Wires

(T).

Tip: Avoid pinching the wires.

Slide the

Console (U) onto the Upright (M).

Note: If there are two Console Screws (V),

attach the Console (U) to the Upright (M)

with the Console Screws. If there are no

Console Screws, they are not needed.

7. Identify the Right Pedal (W), which is marked

with an “R.”

Using an adjustable wrench,

firmly tighten

the

Right Pedal (W)

clockwise

into the Right Crank

(X).

Tighten the Left Pedal (not shown)

counter-

clockwise

into the Left Crank (not shown).

IMPORTANT: Tighten both pedals as firmly

as possible. After using the exercise cycle

for one week, retighten the pedals.

8.

Make sure that all parts are properly tightened before you use the exercise cycle.

Note: After assembly

is completed, some extra parts may be left over. Place a mat beneath the exercise cycle to protect the floor.
