9. Troubleshooting
9.1 Malfunction/cause/remedy
The light cannot be switched on
1. Mains plug not connected to the power supply
-> Check the plug and insert it
2. Mains plug is not plugged into the sunflow unit
-> Check the mains plug and insert it
3. External DIM cable inserted
-> DIM IN/OUT remove cable
The current output of the sunflowPRO is off even though the sunflowPRO is lit
(switched on via the rotary knob)
1. Internal switching relay is switched off via the Casambi app
-> Switch on the lamp including switching relays via the Casambi app
Cannot use the Casambi app to operate the unit
1. Lamp is set via the DIM potentiometer
-> Set the DIM potentiometer to "Off/App Control"
2. External DIM IN cable inserted
-> Disconnect the DIM IN cable
3. External DIM IN cable inserted
-> Disconnect the DIM IN cable
4. Bluetooth connection disabled
-> Activate the Bluetooth connection of your mobile phone/tablet/PC and make a
connection
8. Maintenance and cleaning
The light does not contain components that must be serviced.
Only the complete device can be replaced.
CAUTION!
Use a lint-free, dry cloth.
Cleaning agents can contain aggressive substances that will damage
the surface.
For cleaning purposes, the sunflow plant light must be disconnected
from the power supply.
