During operation, the housing of the lamp heats up. Operate the lamp only in places
which ensure adequate ventilation. At least 20 cm clearance to the next surface
must be ensured above and below the lamp.
•
Do not cover the lamp during operation, the ventilation holes above and below the
lamp must remain unobstructed. Do not place any objects on the lamp.
•
Keep the lamp away from children. It is not a toy!
•
The lamp must only be operated at the permissible mains voltage. Compliance with
permissible voltage specified in the "Technical data" chapter of this Operating Man-
ual is mandatory.
•
The lamp is designed compliant with protection class I. The protective conductor
must be connected! Non-compliance with this regulation may cause a life-threaten-
ing electric shock if a fault occurs!
•
The lamp must never be installed or operated in rooms or ambient conditions in
which explosive or combustible gases, vapours or dust accumulations are or could
be present! Risk of fire and explosion!
•
Never look directly or with optical instruments into the light of the lamp’s LEDs.
There is a risk of eye damage!
•
If the lamp is damaged or is not working properly, it must not be operated anymore,
and the mains voltage must be switched off immediately. Request an authorised
electrician to inspect the lamp.
•
Keep plastic and other packaging materials away from children. There is a risk of
suffocation.
•
If the lamp is installed in commercial facilities, compliance with the accident preven-
tion regulations of the applicable standards of electrical associations of the relevant
country of installation is mandatory.
6. Product description
The sunflow plant lamp uses two Cree CXB3590 COB LEDs with passive
cooling, connected to an aluminium electronics enclo-
sure. The lamp is suspended from four eyelets integrated into the
enclosure. In addition to the standard
equipment, the sunflow is also available as PRO variant with app control (Casambi).
When installing the unit, compliance with instructions in the chapter "Safety instruc-
tions" is mandatory.
