latch, hinges, or door seals are de-
fective, or if the door does not close
tightly for any other reason. Appro-
priate repairs may only be carried out
by a person specially trained for this

Troubleshooting index
Malfunctions can occur in all electrical appliances. This does not necessarily mean there is a
defect in the appliance. For this reason, please check the tables to see if you can correct the
malfunction.

Never try to repair a defective or suspected defective appliance yourself. You can put
your own and future users’ lives in danger. Only authorised specialists are allowed to
carry out this repair work.

oughly.

Do not use the appliance! Contact our
service team (see chapter „Service“ on
page GB-26).
For your own safety please check regularly if
the appliance is intact:
– Are mains cords and mains plugs undam-
aged?
– Is the housing and viewing panel undam-
aged?
– Is the rotary plate undamaged?
– Are the door sealing surfaces clean?
– Can the door hinges move freely?
– Are both of the locking system’s hooks un-
damaged?
– Does the door close properly? Or is it
warped?
– If the interior lighting is defective, it may
only be repaired by an authorised profes-
sional.
