Automatic Noise Limiter /
NB:
Noise Blanker. These filters allow to
reduce the background noise and some receiving interferences. Each
short press turns in a loop:

ANL on / NB off •

ANL off / NB on •
3.
ANL and NB on •
4.
ANL and NB off. When a filter is active its
“ANL”
or
“NB”
icon is displayed.
In
FM
mode, only NB on and NB off.
ANL
is not displayed.
HI-CUT
(long press)
Hi-Cut:
Suppression of high frequency interferences. To use according
to the receiving conditions. A short pressure activates the
HI-CUT
filter
and
«HI-CUT»
appears on the display. A new push disables the function
and
«HI-CUT»
disappears.

VOX

The
VOX
function allows
transmitting
by speaking into the original
microphone (or in the optional vox microphone) without pressing the
PTT
switch (

). The use of an optional vox microphone connected to
the rear panel of the transceiver (

disables
the original microphone.
Press the
VOX
key (

activate
the
VOX
function.
“VOX”
appears on the display. Press again the
VOX

disable

function.
