Before You Begin
Thank you for purchasing the S3.55. This unit is part
of the Precor Strength line of quality strength training
machines that let you target specific muscle groups
to achieve better muscle tone and overall body
conditioning. To fully use the equipment, please study
this guide thoroughly.
Unpacking the Equipment
The S3.55 is carefully tested and inspected before
shipment. Precor Strength ships the unit in four boxes.
Precor recommends using more than one person to
assemble this equipment.

• Follow the assembly instructions found in this guide.
Open one box and assemble its contents before
moving on to the next box.
• If any items are missing, contact the dealer

Optional Equipment
Optional equipment that you can purchase through
your dealer includes a Heavy Stack Option (equaling
an additional 60 lb of resistance) and the Leg Press. To
