Cable (46007-102) Adjustment
A. When the S3.55 assembly is complete, check that
the Cam Washer rests against the welded triangle
as shown. If slack exists in the cable, continue with
step B.
B. To remove slack, use a
⁹⁄₁₆
-inch wrench and loosen
the nut on the opposite side of the bolt and Cam
Washer. With another
⁹⁄₁₆
-inch wrench turn the
Cam Washer either direction, so the bulk of the
washer moves toward the welded triangle. When
the Cable slack is removed, re-tighten the
fasteners.
Important:
Make sure the cable is not over
tightened. If it is, a gap appears between the
rubber bumper of the Double Pulley Block and the
Crossbar.
