19. Assemble the Top Cap
Weight and the Selector Stem

A. Slide the Selector Stem into middle hole in the Top

Cap Weight. Secure it using
one 2¾-inch socket head cap screw
Wrench tighten with a

⁵⁄₁₆

-inch (8-mm) metric hex

key.

Note:

The curve of the Top Cap Weight matches

the curve on the Weight Stack. Both should be
facing front toward the Leg Extension.

B. Align the Top Cap Weight over the Guide Rods and

slide it onto the Weight Stack, centering the
Selector Stem as you go. Rest the Top Cap Weight
on the Weight Stack.
