Maintenance of the Compressor
20
For adjusting the V-belt, do as follows:
Mark a position of the electric motor on the support
plate (5) of the compressor.
Loosen fixing screws (6) of the electric motor (5) on
the support plate (5) of the compressor.
Loosen fixing screws of the electric motor (7) on the
protection of the belt (3).
Move the electric motor (the small belt pulley (8))
towards the compressor aggregate (the large belt
pulley (9)) to remove the V-belt (4). If it is necessary,
replace the V-belt.
Move the electric motor back at roughly 2 mm from
a preliminary made mark.
Fix the electric motor by the fixing screws (6) and
(7).
At first, place the V-belt (4) onto the small pulley of the V-belt (8) of the electric motor, and then pull it (4)
on the large pulley (9) of the compressor aggregate.
Check tension of the V-belt again and if it is necessary repeat the procedure.
Put the cover (2) on the protection of the belt (3) by screws with a spherocylindrical head (1).
Draining Condensational Water
Emptying the Vessel for Condensate
Condensational water is accumulated in the vessel for condensate. Amount of being formed condensate
depends on load of the compressor and the environmental temperature.
Empty the vessel for condensate after every filling.
To empty the vessel one should blow the compressor.
LOOK OUT!
Condensate is dangerous for the environment.
Place a proper vessel under the drain hole.
Bind the spilled condensate by a binder.
Gather the bound condensate by a duster.
Recycle the duster accordingly to working legislative directions in the place of use.
LOOK OUT!
It is possible breakdown of the compressor because of irregular tension of the V-belt.
Make certain of regular tension of the V-belt.
