5.4 Validating Serial Modem connection

1. Connect a Serial cable from the serial port on the Technician’s PC to the Serial port

on the Fatbox modem.

2. Open a Hyper-Terminal session for the Serial port you have defined

The baud rate session should be reported as 115200.

3. Type AT/r

If the session is correctly configured, OK will be displayed.
