Over Temperature Configuration
Screen
As shown in
Figure 39.
Over Temperature Configuration
Screen
above, the
Over Temp Pump Run Time
is the
designated time (in seconds) that the pump will run while the DECI is in an
Over Temp Condition.
The
Over Temp
Pump Wait Time
is the number of minutes that the pump will wait in between cycling on when the machine is in
an Over Temp Condition.
For the example, as shown above, the
pump will run every two minutes for twenty seconds
while the machine is
in an Over Temp Condition.
6. Appendix A
The third configuration screen that contains temperature-related settings is the
Over Temperature Configuration
.
These settings relate to the Over Temperature configuration described in
Figure 38.

Heater Configuration
Screen 2
The
Manual Temp DB
and the
Auto Temp DB
controls refer the number of degrees the DECI subtracts from
the desired temperature setting to compensate for secondary heat sources (pump, solenoid valves, etc)
generated during an operating cycle in
Manual Mode
or
Auto Mode
as selected. As shown in
Figure 38.
Heater
Configuration
Screen 2
above, the system is internally deducting one degree Fahrenheit from the desired tank
temperature to allow for the heat being generated by components other than the heater.
The
Manual Over Temp Buffer
and
Auto Over Temp Buffer
sets the number of degrees that are being allowed for
the DECI to be in an Over-temperature condition before turning the pump system on to circulate the detergents.
