1.5.3 Dosatron Maintenance
The final maintenance screen is used to set the amount of DECI run time before the Dosatron Particle Filter is
taken out and cleaned (
Figure 23. Dosatron Maintenance Screen
). The
Dosatron Maintenance
screen is similar
to the other maintenance screens. The top half of the screen displays the remaining optimal time available before
the Dosatron particle filter needs to be cleaned. The clock icon shows the number of run time hours left before
the filter must be cleaned. The bottom portion of the screen is where the number of run time hours is set to
determine filter cleanings.

The
Remaining Optimal Usage
gauge essentially
displays the remaining “life” in the pH Sensor before
needing maintenance. The clock icon reading shows
how many hours are left before maintenance is
required. The pH reading on the right is displaying the
current average pH of the detergent.
The bottom portion of the
pH Sensor Maintenance
screen contains the time setting for the number of run
time hours between pH Sensor Maintenance. The time
can be set by sliding the number button to the desired
setting or by using the - / + buttons.
After performing the pH Sensor Maintenance according to the manufacturer’s instructions, press the
