INSTALL CR PORT
Break open with proper tool the reserved semi -cut CR port in the I/O area at
back of the PB7700. Insert the CR connector cable to the opening from inside as in the
middle picture above. Hold this connector to the metal wall with the CR bracket in the
way that the notch on the bracket being on the bottom side as in the right picture above
so that no metal pin in the CR connector would touch the
metal bracket. Screw this bracket from outside of the
PB7700.
Insert the other end of the CR connector cable into
the socket on component side of the adaptor board as
marked in the picture to the right.
Please then install the HDD assembly back and
reassemble the top cover back. Screw all the screws
previously removed and re-lock the whole enclosure.
EXPANSION CARD
In PB system, 1 half length PCI interface expansion card can be adopted. First
remove the screw holding the metal plate on expansion window after removal of top
cover, insert the PCI card horizontally into the PCI slot on the riser card and screw
