Take the damp clean, soft, cloth in one hand and while 
holding it, place it in the machine, lightly touching the top 
cooking belt, at the end of the machine where the small white 
rollers are located.  With the other hand, turn the rear top 
roller located at the other end of the machine in a clockwise 
direction. The top cooking belt will move forward in a 
clockwise direction rubbing against the cloth. Continue 
turning the roller until the cooking belt completes one full 
rotation as shown.

Rinse a clean, soft, cloth in warm water to remove any traces 
of dirt.

Close the door of the machine. 

Alternatively, you can remove the belts and clean with a damp 
clean, soft, cloth. When reinstalling the belts, ensure that no debris 
is placed between the hotplate and the belt.

Locate and remove the splash guard as shown below.

Clean the splash guard thoroughly by placing the entire 
assembly in the dishwasher or alternatively, clean with a 
clean damp cloth.  

3 

Reinstall the splash guard. 

4.

The Splash Guard must be cleaned on a daily basis.
