Check if the load is abnormal. Reboot
Universal PCS. If it does not recover, shut
it down and contact us.

Check battery connection and battery
voltage. Reboot Universal PCS. If it does
not recover, shut it down and contact us.

Wait until upgrade is finished. If the
blinking blue keeps, reboot Universal PCS.
