7. System maintenance

It is recommended to check the following items twice a year to maintain the best long-term
performance.

Make sure that the airflow around integrated machine is not blocked and clear any dirt or debris
from the radiator.
②
Check all exposed wires, and see whether insulation is damaged due to solarization, friction with
other objects around them, dryness, insects or rodents damage, and repair or replace the wires
when necessary.

Check whether instructions and displays are consistent with device operation, please pay attention
to any faults or error displays, and carry out corrective action when necessary.
④
Check all terminals for corrosion, insulation damage, high temperature or signs of combustion/
discoloration, and tighten the terminal screws.
⑤
Check for dirt, nesting insects and corrosion, and clean them according to the instructions.
⑥
If the arrester doesn’t work, replace the arrester out of work in good time to prevent lightning
damage to the iCAN Mini or even other equipment of the user.
Warning: Danger of electric shock! Make sure that all the power supplies of the integrated machine
have been disconnected, and all the capacitors have been discharged, and then carry out
corresponding check or operation, when doing the above operation!


Open circuit voltage of the PV subassembly exceeds the maximum allowable voltage of 145V.

Damage due to the temperature of working environment exceeding the limited operating
temperature range.

Disassembly and repair the integrated machine without permission.

Damage caused by force majeure: Damage due to transportation or loading and unloading the
integrated machine.
⑥
Reverse polarity of PV.
