Managing Content in VMC 1000

Polycom, Inc.

If the

Viewer Groups

option has been enabled, search for users and

groups and select the groups and users you want to have access to this

program by clicking the checkbox next to that group.
Only members of these groups and specified users are able to view the

program.

If you want to make a program accessible to all Viewers, check the

Check

All

checkbox under

Assigned Principals

Click the

button.
