HEATING MAIN MONTAGE INSTRUCTIONS  CV4.04

10. After filling up the sleeve with PUR foam

components  close  drilled  hole  with
cone-shaped aluminum plug, screwing it
in about 1.5-2 turns.

11. After PUR foam hardening (~5 min.) screw out cone-shaped aluminum plug and using

cleaning  rag  remove  carefully  foam  from  the  plug.  Re-drill  hole  from  Ø3  mm  to  Ø25
mm  with  depth  to  15-20  mm.  Opening  for  poring  in  the  PUE  foam  component  also
deepen to 15-20 mm. Clean openings from hard foam pieces. Clean foam waste.

12. Use drill with diameter Ø27.5

+0,5

mm to make previously drilled hole corners smooth

and clean, without any excess material.

13.  Prepare  PE  cork  montage  equipment,  previously  heating  up  the  equipment  up  to

250°C and connecting heating equipment to 220V powe r source. Montage equipment
is ready to be used when pilot light on the equipment goes off. PE cork and drilled hole
needs to be clean and without any dust.

14. Insert cork into the cone-shaped nest of PE cork equipment and heat up ~ 30 sec.

15.  Insert  cone-shaped  extension  in  one  of

the  drilled  hole  in  the  sleeve.  Heat
element  is  hot  enough  when  plasmas
around the hole is starting to melt.

16.  Remove  electric  heater  from  the

opening  in  the  sleeve  and  at  the  same
time  remove  heated  up  cork  using  flat
pliers  and  insert  it  into  the  preheated
opening.  Keep  cork  under  the  pressure
until it is stable.

Cork montage is performed well if stitch
around the cork border is even.

Perform  the  same  procedure  with  the
second opening in the sleeve.

17. Cut cork knobs (if possible).
