Install rear wheel hub assembly

. Install the cone

washer (s)

and castle nut. Torque castle nut to

specification. Install new cotter pin

TORQUE

Rear Hub Castle Nut:

180 ft-lbs (244 Nm)

Install the radius rod bolts, washers and

new

nuts.

Torque fasteners to specification.

TORQUE

Radius Rods to Bearing Carrier:

M10: 40 ft-lb (54 Nm)

M12 (outer): 50 ft-lb + 90° (68 Nm + 90°)

Install the rear brake caliper assembly and

new

bolts

. Torque to specification.

TORQUE

Rear Caliper Mounting Bolts:

40 ft-lbs (54 Nm)

10. Install wheel and four wheel nuts. Torque wheel nuts

to specification.

TORQUE

Wheel Nuts:

120 ft-lbs (163 Nm)
