Changing the bearing bush of the tine arms
• The distance (A) in normal operation must be of about
1 mm. If the clearance of the shaft (W) is greater, then
it can be corrected with shims.
• If the distance (A) is greater than 4 mm then the bushes
(B) at the inside of the tine arms are to changed.
Otherwise subsequent damage to the implement may
occur.

Implementation:
- Apply the grease gun to the grease nipple (1)
- Rotate the spin top so as to distribute the lubricant
well
- Apply 3-4 strokes during a full rotation
- Perform 3-4 full rotations

least 1x annually!
Spring tines
Check the attachment bolts (S) of the spring tines after
the first 10 hours in operation and re-tighten if necessary
(tightening torque: 100 Nm).
The outer tines are shorter and thicker.
If the implement has a tine loss securing device, the two
outer tines are connected; if you want to change one of
the two outer tines, you have to also remove the bolt of
the other tine.
