to Primary Manual changeover to “primary” source ( CLOCK IN 1 ):
Automatic mode: Changeover occurs only if the signals at
CLOCK IN 1 have not more failures than CLOCK IN 2 .
Manual mode: Changeover occurs without signal check.

Automatic mode: Changeover occurs only if the signals to
which switching shall occur have not more failures than the
current output signals.
