Data logger software
3.3.5.3 Email settings
Only users who have been configured as Administrators can change the email settings.
1. The email settings screen allows you to add recipients and configure the email server
settings.
2. To add a new recipient, enter their email address in the
Send mail to
field and click
Add
.
3. To remove a recipient, select them from the list and click
Delete
.
4. To use the email feature, a POP/SMTP email account is required. Popular settings
are given in Common email settings .
If using Windows Live/hotmail or Windows Exchange server, the software will
only send emails to internal email addresses unless a Relay Connector is set
up.
5. To verify the settings, click
Test Email
.
6. If this is your first use of the software, click
Next
otherwise click
Save
.

1. The Software Settings screen allows you to configure global settings that apply to all
users of the software. Some are required as part of the 21CRF standard.
