In addition to zooming in and out with the digital zoom button, you can also
perform zoom operations on the screen.
•
Three ways to zoom in and out on an image: touch the screen with two fingers and
spread them outward or inward; flick the dial on the screen to the left or right; tap the
+ or – sign display.
•
When zoomed to 1x, the zoom icon is hidden.

Capture button
•
The capture button supports two modes of still picture capture and two modes of video
capture.
•
Still pictures can be taken in either a non-radiometric jpeg format or radiometric JPEG
format (see 3.2.3.1). The radiometric format supports temperature examination and
user annotations (voice and written).
Still pictures can be taken in interval mode where a series of images are taken at
a specified time interval (see 3.2.3.3).
•
Videos can be taken in either a non-radiometric mpeg format or radiometric lcvr format
(see 3.2.3.2). The radiometric format supports temperature examination and user
annotations (voice and written).
