Alarm settings
Tap the icon on the home screen to set the alarm mode and parameters for global
temperature measurements. Five different temperature alarm modes are supported:
Above, below, between, outside, and temperature difference. While there is an active
alarm condition, the
icon flashes on screen.
An audible alert and/or alarm location display are optional settings for different alarm
types. To select either,
Step 1 Tap the home screen icon
Step 2 Turn on/off the audible alarm with the <Audible> submenu.
Step 3 Turn on/off the alarm location display using the <Location> submenu.
The alarm location display switches the color palette to white hot (see 3.1.4) and
the area in the scene that is triggering the alarm is displayed in red. This option
is unavailable for temperature difference alarm settings.
